This is lemon sorbet. But it obviously works on any frozen treat you want to use. I added almonds. Late night snack with lots of
good fat!
Coconut changes consistency with the temperature. I'm in Texas and it's about 115 degrees outside. So the oil is a liquid.
Of course my sorbet is the same color of the oil, so you can't see the magic.
It's a crunchy shell! Yummy.
