This is lemon sorbet. But it obviously works on any frozen treat you want to use. I added almonds. Late night snack with lots of good fat!
Of course my sorbet is the same color of the oil, so you can't see the magic.
It's a crunchy shell! Yummy.

Coconut Oil - The Original Magic Shell
If you haven't heard, I love coconut oil! There isn't anything it can't do. And here's another cool trick it has up it's sleeve. Click here for what kind of coconut oil to buy. You can find my favorite coconut oil here.
Coconut changes consistency with the temperature. I'm in Texas and it's about 115 degrees outside. So the oil is a liquid.
Of course my sorbet is the same color of the oil, so you can't see the magic.
