How to Clean Farm Fresh Eggs

I got some yummy farm fresh eggs this morning! I am a big fan of raw, unpasteurized eggs and milk from your local, organic farm. Ryan says that of all the "natural" things I do, his favorite is farm fresh eggs. You can really notice a difference when you cook with them. When you break a farm fresh egg onto the frying pan, the yolk is brighter, the whites don't run all over the place, it's just a beautiful thing!

Here's my farm fresh eggs and tomatoes from Cardo's and my raw goat's milk I picked up this morning.

I put a little room temperature water in the sink with a small pour of vinegar (about 1/4 cup). I use vinegar to clean just about everything.

Add your eggs.

Wipe them clean.

Rinse them off.

Dry them.

Pretty!
