Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cream

I pureed a pumpkin for a cheesecake and had a little bit leftover.  I also had a little cream leftover. So I combined them for some yummy pumpkin spice coffee cream!

I had about 2 tbsp pumpkin puree and about half a cup of cream.

I added 1 tsp cinnamon.

I used my immersion blender. This is my favorite kitchen tool! Find it here on Amazon.

The bowl is full of roasted pumpkin seeds.

I made an iced coffee.

I gave The Moose a little bit of the pumpkin cream. He loved it!

  1. This looks really good actually! I am not a fan of pumpkin spice.. I got some creamer from the store the other day that was PS... but making our own! WOW! Must try!

  3. This looks like a total must have for our home ( pumpkin addicts). So simple too! I really need to order some of that organic spice; I usually use that brand but ran out and got I think Mcormacks and it is horrible! Simply Organic is hands down the best.

    1. I agree! My 1 year old eats a lot of cinnamon (he's much more adventurous with his veggies with a sprinkle of cinnamon!), so I make sure to get organic since he eats a good amount of it.
