This is Emeril's house spice mix. It's a great seasoning. I use it all the time on everything (meat and veggies) and Ryan uses it as a dry rub when he grills. You can buy the mix premade at grocery stores. But I would be interested in the salt content. A lot of those commercial spice mixes have tons of salt because it's a great preservative and a cheap filler (I'm making assumptions, I have never looked at the label on Emeril's spices). I buy bulk spices so this is an inexpensive spice mix.
Just put all of this in your container and mix. Keep it handy cause you will use a lot (or at least I do).
2.5 tblsp paprika
2 tblsp salt
2 tblsp garlic powder
1 tblsp pepper
1 tblsp onion powder
1 tblsp oregano
1 tblsp thyme
