She got the green tomatoes at the farmer's market this morning. She breaded them in flour, then eggs & buttermilk, then cornmeal. She fried them in canola oil, about 3 minutes per side.
Also on the sandwich:
- Bacon
- Avocado
- Remoulade Sauce (a quick remouladede from a mayo & ketchup mix)
- Lettuce
This was the best sandwich I've had in awhile. I will definitely be making this myself soon!
